In terms of televisions, I know that my brother's 27" Philips Magnavox can play a PAL game without rolling. I am definitely not saying to buy one, I am just saying that if you have any friends or relatives that have a tv made by them, try it out to see if you get a stable image.

I would have to say that Iron Man X/O Manowar and The Crow: City of Angels totally sucks for Sega Saturn. Quite possibly the two worst games for the platform. (On a side note, nothing, in my opinion, sucks more than Twin Goddesses on Playstation).

On a VA7 Genesis motherboard, the JP3 and JP4 switches are on the upper left side about 1 to 1 and 1/2 inches below the RF output box. A couple of capacitors or transistors are bent to cover them up, but they are noticeable if you view them from an angle.

Actually, just because a Genesis says High Definition Graphics and has an ext. port doesn't mean that it doesn't have that OS rom (I have 2 like this). The only real test to see if it doesn't have it is to put in a game and see if the words : 'Produced or under licence from Sega" (or whatever)...
