64-bit pci slots

My IBM Eserver finally arrived a few days ago, and I was wondering if any of you knew about the 64-bit pci slots. Any way, the server has 1 32-bit normal PCI slot, 2 64-bit 33mhz slots, and 2 64-bit 66mhz pci slots.

I mainly want to know if the 64-bit pci slots are compatible with 32-bit pci cards, as I need more than 1 32-bit pci card installed. I'll probably do a firewire/usb2.0 combo card and then a multiport card, skip a sound card, and possibly in the future install a u320 scsi card, as it has 2 u160 scsi channels, which are integrated.

Generally, they should be backward-compatible, though it's always possible to screw such things up. 64-bit cards can even work in 32-bit slots if they're designed properly...
