Is it Bari-Arm Or Android Assault?

I've downloaded both Bari-Arm and Android Assault, but both appear to be the same and both appear to be USA releases. They both have the title screen that says Bari-Arm, but the CD cover for the USA release calls the game Android Assault - The Revenge Of Bari-Arm. Were both released here or am I missing something?

Bari Arm was the Japanese Release and Android Assault was the US release if i'm not mistaken.

I guess my question is: does the game Android Assault say Android Assault on the title screen? The one I downloaded looks the same as Bari-Arm, and both boot the USA bios rom, not the Japanese rom. I'm wondering if the one I downloaded was mis-labeled. Any help would be appreciated.
