Value differences

This is not a specific question about Street Fighter Zero, I've just noticed this on alot of games, are there any value (monetary) differences between these two? Well, pherhaps SFZ isn't that collectable, but say Stellar Assault with and without the agegrading (or whatever that is)? Are they produced later on, I know for a fact that Stellar Assault has that difference, just like ALOT of games do, pherhaps even all Jap-games?

And I was thinking, how long will retrogamecollecting for older systems be alive, there will come a point when there's no longer any original consoles working. And before that, won't those games just be forgotten?

And what about remakes, Sengoku Blade and some other Psykio shooters just got released on PS2, does that effect their value aswell?

well they just seem to be the same cover, but on the left there's the spincard on it. A game with the spinecard has more value than without.
