Actually, I believe it's based on your level and possibly also spells learned, rather than just the number of times you've saved. And Working Design's tinkering with the save system also has a nifty side effect

Because the MP3's were ripped by something that added a second or two of silence to the beginning of each track. You can manually edit the MP3s to remove the first two (or however many) seconds of each track, or, alternately, you could buy an original.

Gens only plays the data track of the .bin. Because it doesn't use a .cue, Gens has no idea that there are audio tracks in the .bin. My guess is that using a BIN in Gens would give you the same results as using a lone ISO. In the case of Lunar EB... The game contains two audio tracks, neither...

I've gotta say Shining Force. Shining in the Darkness got me into RPGs, but after a while, the walls all start to look the same. Shining Force 2 was great as well, but there's just something about the original...

There's a bunch of SMD>BIN converters out there - Like Curtis said, GoodGen will do the trick. Once you've got everything in BIN format, just change the extensions from .bin to .32x. That's it.
