Well, yes - cut traces on board :) Between 2 points of jumpers & check with multimerter after this.

If you look closely, there are a tiny traces on board connecting jumpers - you just need to cut them :)

Infact it's pretty rare saturn, Skeleton Campain one (was given away to winners of some jap comp.). So it's price of skeleton (~170$) + added value for campain one. I don't know the final value, but 75$ is waay too low for it, 500$ is wayy high too :)

They could just burn this rings on CD-r's on custom burner. But we would have seen such disks by now if they're existed.
