    Sonic Limited Edition?

Not quite segasonic, Sonic Adventure Limited Edition was actually a US only release. Basically since you could rent DC units a few months before the launch of the system, this version of SA was created because the final retail version was not finished yet. SA:LE is a straight port of the...

    Genesis woes

I recently bought what was advertized as a "new in the box" Genesis 2 off of eBay (from a reputable seller with over 300 positive and not a single negative feedback) just so that I'm not abusing my Nomad all the time. Anyways, while this system was advetized as "new" it was in reality mint but...

How much memory on the 32x

While the 32X and Saturn both share dual Hitachi SH2 chips as their main processors, the ones in the 32X run at a lower clock speed and the Saturn also has it's two specialized VDP chips that the 32X does not (among many other differences). As such the two actually perform quite differently...

    Dreamcast revisions

The DC systems with a manufacture date of Nov 2000 and later does not support the Mil-CD format that the boot cd uses (as well as the bleemcast discs). Anything made in Oct 2000 and earlier do. Sega merely changed the BIOS in those later models.

CDRWin failing to rip Saturn CDs

Taelon, sounds like you forgot to uncheck the Raw option in CDRWIN. It was crapping out because it was probably trying to read the security track. CloneCD is nothing but trouble. Stick with CDRWIN and purchase it to get higher recording speeds.

    4/5 in 1 Sat Swap

May be a dumb question, but WHY would you want to swap a 4/5-in-1 with a GameShark anyways when you can run GameShark codes on the 4/5-in-1 itself???

    Saturn - Netlink v3.0

Yeah, I already grabbed it. The site was freaking out for a few hours this morning, but it appears to be fine now.

    Christmas Nights

There were actually quite a lot of these discs made. Unfortunately I bet a bunch of them were thrown out. They were given out in every copy Ultra Game Players and another magazine (I forget the name) one month which I'm sure would place the number produced around 200,000 or so. But like I said...

    Weird...

Hmmm...I had known for quite a while that they had made the original NES in a PSOne shell like that, but this is the first I've heard of a Genesis model.

    Saturn - Netlink v3.0

Wonder if the change in the LBA of the file may have something to do with it not booting...

    Saturn - Netlink v3.0

Did you try to replace it with the original downloaded file or the extracted segaup.bin?
