Any information about this four in one action replay with comms slot?

I tried researching but I could not arrive at a conclusion as to the rarity of this item. One online vendor has a four in one up for sale but mentions that it does not have the comms slot. Thanks for any aid on the subject.

It's for old PC-Comms connectivity via a serial cable. I have two of them, they're just an old model. You could do neat dev things with it, I know I dumped one of the saturn bios' floating around the net with it.

Thanks aplenty for the speedy reply. Any idea concerning compatability in comparison to the more common action replay Saturn cards? Does being an older model mean it has more playability issues? Thanks again
