Made a slight tweak to the script to fix it on windows 10 and likely windows 11 as well as updated the script updater app so that now works again.

i only tried for a short time to see if i could do that but i had no success but i didn't put too much time into it so it maybe possible.

Update (22/03/2022) - Fixed issue with downloaded themes not going where they were supposed too as well as added whether a theme is hd or standard to the general theme details.
