    Rez

Rez is a lot of fun, and I love how the music is integrated in with the shooting. The thing with me is that the graphics, combined with the music, are an overdose of trippiness. Every time I finish a level, I end up falling asleep. Not that I think it's a bad game or anything, it's just that...

    Good Seller/Trader

I can vouch for Jaycee too. I bought some games from him, and everything arrived safe and sound. It got here pretty quickly, too.

    Removing sticker adhesive

I recently purchased some old SNES cartridges that were previously owned by a video rental store. The cartridges have rental stickers on them, and I was wondering if there were any effective methods of removing them. The stickers are on the cartridges' sticker label, as well as on the back...

    Good Seller/Trader

Here are mine: Morey - My first SX trade. I bought a bunch of Sega Saturn accessories and games from him. He was really nice about everything and even gave me a lot of stuff for free. He even e-mailed me a little while ago just to check if all the stuff I had purchased from him was working...

    Viva Wal-Mart Online!

Lindows definitely sounds interesting. If/when I get a new computer, I think I'll try installing it instead of Windows. The thing that's kept me away from most alternative operating systems was that programs that have almost become standards that are only available for Windows and most other...

    TV Tuner card recommendations

I'm pretty sure you can capture much more than 240 vertically with the ATI TV Wonder. I have one, but I haven't fiddled with it in a long time. Depending on what 3D card you have, you might want an ATI TV Wonder or you may want to stay away from it. ATI's product support is absolutely...

Removing a broken pin from an S-video port

I had an Interact universal (worked with several consoles) AV/S-video cable and somehow, in the process of removing it from the S-video socket on my TV, one of the pins had broken off inside the TV's port. The pin in question isn't really a pin. It's the single, large tab at the bottom of the...

I've played a ROM of the beta, actually. It's out there.

    Uk sega dreamcast light gun?

You're telling me. So, it seems as if the gun works fine but it looks like all of the US NTSC versions of the games are designed so that you can't use Sega's gun with them. Talk about going overkill with protecting North America from big, bad, horrible plastic guns. So it looks like these US...

    Uk sega dreamcast light gun?

DBOY, yeah, I've noticed that quite a few third party guns look a whole lot like Sega's old stunner. Supergrom, either Lik Sang or Lan Kwei, or both, has a gun that supports Silent Scope. It isn't anything like the arcade version though. The gun has a d-pad on it and you use it to target, then...

Whats the best cdr's to use for a sega saturn ?

Whats the best cdr's to use for a sega saturn ? Taiyo Yuden discs are nice, quality discs. Discs manufactured by Taiyo Yuden are usually purchased by other companies to sell as their own. Fujifilm discs are from Taiyo Yuden, and I've been using them for burning everything.

    Uk sega dreamcast light gun?

I'm trying to get my hands on at least one official Sega gun, and maybe a Mad Catz one. The reviews of the Catz gun seem to be positive... much, much more positive than the reviews of the Interact gun, but the Sega one seems to be the best overall. A local EB here as a package of a Mad Catz gun...

Need help: how 2 hook up 4 consoles without a mess

I've been sort of thinking of getting a set of plastic storage shelves and putting a console on each to minimize the number of consoles on the floor. Something sort of like this, but smaller and much cheaper: http://www.ikea.ca/product....616,613

    Not to rebel but...

Stupid Shooting Game X, more in the State of Emergency sense, less in the good Contra/HotD/Final Fight/Good game involving shooting sense. But we digress.

    Not to rebel but...

Being of the oft-maligned (though deservedly so) newbie caste, and being accused of not contributing to the discussion because I'm off trolling the FTP area, I suppose I can now input my, uh.. input. Yeah. I've been following the discussion, but I haven't said anything because, quite honestly...

    Game music

File sharing programs like Kazaa (but get Kazaa Lite) or WinMX are actually decent for finding game MP3s. You may not be able to find everything you want, but there's quite a lot of stuff there. VGMusic.com has a lot of MIDI files. BigMog has some more recent game MP3s. Dunno if that'll help...

    Getting e-screwed

Some people on eBay will actually buy items that others find in online RPGs. So, say you're playing an online RPG like Everquest or Ultima Online and you find a RARE MAGICAL SUPER SWORD OF POTATO. Instead of equipping it on your character, you could sell your RARE MAGICAL SUPER SWORD OF POTATO...

    Uk sega dreamcast light gun?

I did a bit of searching around, and it appears that Dreamcast guns from either Asia or Europe do work on a US NTSC DC, or any DC for that matter. The North American version of House of the Dead 2 is designed so that it doesn't recognize Sega's official gun though. Damn.
