I can't get this game working ? Wel i removed every numer in the iso name and it is not working ??

I can't get this game working ? I have done all that and the iso is perfect and the game still not works Any other options ??

I can't get this game working ? I have unzip everything in a folder and when i load the game (iso) in Gens 2.00 it don't go any further then the Sega logo?? Does anybody know what is wrong or what i must do beacause i really want to play that game ?? Thanks in advance.
