Sorry to hear it. In my case was just a cold solder joint. (ironically, My saturn was not booting CD due to broken solder joint on its modchip......just fixed it today.)

Well his SDK lacks the SGL libs. Is there any advice on how to properly install them ?

Good Evening. I wish to install the toolchain present on https://github.com/SaturnSDK , but should I just make a git pull of all those repos into a single dir or is there something more that needs to be done ?
