    Afaik the sh2 are running at the same frequency as vdp2 in all Saturn models, pal or ntsc. That frequency is about 1% lower on pal consoles, so both the sh2 and vdp2 run a bit slower.

    Satourne hasn't been updated since way longer than Yabause, and some of it ended up in Yabause iirc. Try for yourself, but Satourne should be less accurate than Yabause or its forks, Yabasanshiro and Kronos.

    Updated OP to fix the US version master code, which I had mistakenly set in the vblank out interrupt instead of vblank in. So it could still cause screen flickers.
