Capcom cell phone games

Does any one know if it's possible to play the Capcom cell phone games (such as Street Fighter 2 below) outside of Japan?

would depend on your phone and phone provider. I've only messed with it a little with the brew games and a vx6100 and vx7000, but it seems feasible that if you had a game downloaded on your phone and got your hands on the game you could upload said game over the top of the game you already had and it should in theory work. I haven't had the time to test that theory yet though. No idea if that applies to other phones also. I know for instance verizon has a lot of games available for download for my phone (though I haven't downloaded any but a few demos cause I don't want to pay for them) so it's entirely possible that street fighter could show up at some point.
