I'd buy Soukyugurentai for that price, and also Waku Waku 7. WW7 might not be your thing though, so I'd try out the Neo version before buying the game. It is an excellent fighter though.

Salamander Deluxe Pack and Silhouette Mirage are pretty good. D&D is good also but I wouldn't buy it for that price. Bubble Symphony is great if you like Bubble Bobble, but again, I wouldn't pay that much for it.

Stay away from Metal Black; it's just not a very good game, IMHO.
