What are all the options for playing all-regions and for enabling cheats on the dreamcast?
Do all cheats have to include both the CD and VMU unit?
Do the same cheat codes work with different brands? Do any come pre-loaded with enough codes that you rarely have to manually add them?
Or do you have to buy ones that specifically come preloaded for the game you want? I remember seeing ones for the PS2 that made it look like they only came with cheats for one specific game on the front cover.
How safe are the boot disks for the system? Is a jumper-type solution even possible?
