I recently got a copy of planet web 3.0 off of ebay. Turns out it was from Planetweb directly. I was unable to connect via bba since dreamcast.planetweb.com times out for me. To work around this bring up your bookmarks (b on the dreamcast controller) and scroll to the very last one in the default bookmarks (translate page). If your settings are correct it will connect to the altavista page and from there you can operate the browser normally.

On a side note. www.segaxtreme.net is not dreamcast browser safe :p it freezes my dreamcast.
