Rgb on a scart tv

ive been tring to get a supergun to work on a scart tv I have, to no avail.

All I see is a dark black and white image.

I have a xbox scart cable and it looks sharp.

Also look it has component in on the chip how hard would it be to soldier cables to it? or put a s-video input on the tv?
