What do you mean by "Increased overall performance in the game (increased CPU frequency)"?
That's a question for @paul_met as this improvement was originally implemented in his patch. These are the additional changes by @draculax350 :
  • Prologue Richter missing sprites rewritten
  • Fixed “Fire Shield” color palette
  • Fixed number of items overlapping the item name

I tried it on my fenrir with a 4MB action replay pseudo saturn kai cart. Richter's graphics on the intro were glitched and the character audio is always wrong, playing the next line that's supposed to be said.

Played the 1.0 on my saturn/crt no drama but this 1.1 isn't full screen, got a black bar on both sides, this is normal?

I'm pretty sure this is on Paul Met, he did something in 1.1 and the image is a little squeezed. I doesn't bother me because I use the TV or emulator to strech it back to normal but on CRT this might be a problem.

Made an account just to reply to this. The pre-patched image hosted on cdromance displays this issue. Using draculax350's patch on a clean image works perfectly fine on my fenrir duo.

EDIT: Answered my own question… turns out my OEM 4MB RAM cart was not being read for some reason. I didn’t realize it until I tested it with X-Men vs. Street Fighter. I figured everything was working since I got the caching animation. What a great patch! Thank you for all the work here.

I hate to be that noob… I get the caching message, get through all the screens, file name creation, and opening cinematic. Game freezes during loading screen after the cinematic, ahead of the Ritcher intro battle. Using a Terra Onion Mode, via the SD slot. I can run the original bin/cue game otherwise, as well as a straight translation patched version. Any clues?

Excuse my English, I'm using a translator. I'm trying to run this game on the Zebra Engine Saturn Tribute emulator on Nintendo Switch, but I'm having no luck.
The patch specifications mention changing the CPU frequency for smoother gameplay. Does anyone know what frequency it was changed to? I'd like to try changing it in the emulator and see if that works. Thanks in advance for your time.

How did you manage to run it on SSF? I always get an error. What configuration are you using? What version of the emulator are you using?
I do nothing lol. I just open the emulator and load the image and it works. I'm always using the latest one.

Could you tell me which version you're using? Or, if you could share your configuration .ini file, or if it's not too much trouble, your emulator files? The thing is, I want to use this game on the Zebra Engine emulator for Nintendo Switch, and it uses the same configuration as SSF. I want to analyze it and see if I can configure Zebra Engine to run it.
