UK-PAL Backup Memory Carts work on US Saturn ?

I read on a eBay page that UK-PAL Backup Memory Carts only work for PAL Saturns is this true ? i think the seller is wrong.

I plan to use it on a US Saturn

can anyone answer this ?

Yep, you sure can. I have a Euro cart and a Japan cart, both of which work in my 3 Saturns.
