Weird SMS cart

I boght this Cyborg Hunter cart the other day:

Inside:

On the back there's a brown "sample" sticker instead of the normal black one.

I can see no differences in the game itself.

Does anyone know what kind of cart this is?

Sweet Looking at the other prototypes on that site, I'm pretty sure it's a genuine proto.
