What type of music do you enjoy listening to?

Me personally I like country and metal. Really odd combo eh?

No shit, I personally like Rock, Metal, Death Metal, Techno, Ska/Punk, some other crap. Right now I'm listening to Rockman 1 OST ;)

JRock, JPop, House, Techno, Dance, Chill Out, Trance, Intelligence and several other things.

I like me some Rock, metal, dance, and some, A VERY SMALL AMOUNT of rap. Not hip-hop. I'm down with some oldschool beats.

I like different kinds of rock, but nothing too heavy.

I like moody stuff. 70s style-ish

I also like enjoy the occassional jazz and even classical.

I listen to some techno and rap stuff every now and then.

I try to keep an open mind when it comes to music.

I just don't like manufatured pop.

I enjoy music that is actually written and performed by the same person/people. That's a big thing for me

electronic, mainly ambient/industrial. and of course tori amos

new-wave, particualrily devo.

gothic. well, bauhaus anyway

I like Two-Mix. How would one classify their music? Both intro songs to Gundam Wing (Just Communication and Rhythm Emotion) was by Two-Mix. Just wild beat... communication!

What is Intelligence? :)

I like a lot of metal and punk. Mostly hardcore but most types of punk are fine with me. Some rap is ok, like when me and my friends are driving places, we base it to rap and start flowing. Fun stuff.

My tastes are very varied. I like Hevay Metal, especially the old one from groups like Iron Maiden or Judas Priest. But I also like other kinds of music like JPOP, Techno (especially Trance) or Jazz...

Yes! I was waiting for this.... ahem. "Can I play with matches!!" hahehahe, oh and "FRAID OF DA DARK!!" hohohohehe - don't misjudge me, I actually like Iron Maiden, though those songs crack me up! :banana

I'm listening a lot of movie scores, and techno/trance/progressive mixes.

I really can't stand rap and country (sorry Ice :p ) , but everything else is ok.

The only thing that I just can't stand is music that claims it's something that it's not.. Like when you get someone like Avril Lavigne trying to convey some sort of rebellious attitude when really it's manufactured to cater to a specific demographic even more than most pop music. Just gets up my nose that people fall for it, more than anything.

Pretty difficult question... the perfect example of "Intelligence" is DJ Taka's "Abyss" song.

How is abyss intelligent? It's just a bunch of sounds really I mejan there's sort of a beat in there but nothing that can really be called a song. It's more of a bemani style thing.

that was one of the first songs I passed on heavy...it's fun for standard/heavy players.....(hope this is the DDR abyss)
