Why don´t work.....

Hi folks, sorry if I post on wrong place . Right, my problem is with a .cue file, or no, I don´t know, the .cue file is:

FILE DIEHARD.ISO BINARY

TRACK 01 MODE1/2048

INDEX 01 00:00:00

POSTGAP 00:00:00

FILE 02.WAV WAVE

TRACK 02 AUDIO

PREGAP 00:00:00

INDEX 01 00:00:00

FILE 03.WAV WAVE

TRACK 03 AUDIO

INDEX 01 00:00:00

FILE 04.WAV WAVE

TRACK 04 AUDIO

INDEX 01 00:00:00...... and another audio tracks

I burn with Alcohol and the software just burn without error, but when I put on my Saturn, the game run, but the audio tracks don´t work, just a Tic-Tic-Tic sound and the musics don´t play... the game run perfectly, loading, I play..., but without Audio Tracks.... I put a DAO SAO and Playstation options on Alcohol, burn on 8X, I do anything wrong????

Thanks :)

Pek.

There needs to be a 2 second gap between track 1 (the data) and track 2.

SO, line 4 and 7 respectively should read:

POSTGAP 00:02:00

PREGAP 00:02:00

do you have the audio tracks and are they WAVE files? If they are mp3 you need to modify the cue sheet some more.

Actually... is this "Diehard Arcade" for the Sega Saturn... and did you get it from my FTP by any chance? Cause I know that the cue sheet and everything from there works.

Here is the cue sheet I have written for my copy of Diehard Arcade. Modify it so the filenames match.

Code:

It's the process of burning Cue + MP3/WAVE files thats the problem. It works nice for getting games out way back in the day when broadband was pretty rare still, but now your best off finding original bin+cue files that are bigger/not crappy. One way you can lessen your audio problem is why mounting the cue sheet in something like Alcohol 120% as a virtual drive and copying the CD in another app like Nero. It doesn't fix it all the time, but if you don't have access to good bin+cue files you gota work with what you get.

I'm currently in the procress of trashing all my burns that were in Cue + WAVE form for BIN + CUE files because the audio just isn't right usualy.
