So I've been through over 15 coasters and ever single Nights topic on this forum.
I've tried every .cue sheet posted, and every combination of formatting (BIN+CUE, cooked ISO, RAW ISO).
I have tried using Nero, CDRWin, Alcohol, Fireburner, and Blindwrite. None of them will burn the game (gives me a DAO error except for Blindwrite, but the past 3 or 4 coasters it even quit working.
I have gotten one copy of the game to boot, but it hangs at the opening FMV (Sonic Team presents). I can press a button and the game plays on, but I know that this is because the Mode2 data track isn't loading, and there's a lot more on that track I'll need for the game. Plus, not having a perfect copy irks me.
I have a Sony DRU-510A DVD burner. It's very capable of DAO burning, yet I cannot get any program to burn the game except Blindwrite or Nero's Disc-at-once/96 option, whatever that is.
Can someone give me step-by-step instructions on how to get this thing to work? It originated in Bin+Cue format with the following CUE file:
I know I'm supposed to change the Pregap to 3 seconds. This is just how it came without any modifying (of which I've done a lot of).
I have tried changing the data tracks to COOKED formatting in the CUE file, as well as extracting them cooked using Fireburner (Binchunker can't open it, nor can MageCD) then making a new cue file with the cooked data files and the wavs. I've also tried extracting them as RAW isos and doing it that way. Neither would burn. My best success is using the original BIN+CUE and burning with Nero's DAO/96 format. That gives me a playable copy but with the freeze at the opening movie.
