I thought it may be a bad burn, but I downloaded Radiant Silvergun from dcforums.co.uk and lots of other people verified that the torrent worked fine. I burned at 6x on Sony CD-R. I think its more likely the chip than the games, perhaps I have overlooked something? Thanks :)

Yeah, the main problem is the speed, but also as you cant download any plug-ins or codecs, you cant view alot of pages, which is useless.

:agree it would be more an item of interest than actually useful, from what i hear that type of dev kit is a very early model that breaks easily and overheats. Sega replaced it after only a few months in '95 after many devvers complained.

Yeah, sometimes sellers will go out of their way for you, the seller i bought my saturn off was really helpful. Although i did have to spell out how to take the top of the saturn and what to look for, and then how to put it back together.

I had the same problem, many sellers simply would not reply and half of those who did reply didnt understand what i was asking them to do. I found a 32-pin saturn in the end.
