This is from my brother so he's a trustworthy seller. Also, we never tried doing the swap trick on the Saturn, so the cd drive should still be in good condition.

32 or 64 pin IC?

Crack it open and have a look at the CD board. There is a big IC in the left-middle region.

ah well here's a picture of it here, I still need more information on how to tell if it's 32 or 64-pin. It's in the middle-right region isn't it?
