Looking at the picture, it seems it's just a sticker on a normal Saturn. Ever heard of this ?

It sure looks like a sticker on a regular Saturn

But as he's not asking a huge price for it, it can be a good way to buy a modded Saturn (if it's the case )

Its funny what people can do to get stuff sold on ebay i have seen people put things like Virtua Fighter 1 Very Rare for sale its so funny.
