This is awesome as a purely "here's how I do it with all the potentially un-fun bits left in" standpoint - I love it.

This is possibly too highly specific to the Rhea/Phoebe Saturn ODEs and RMENU to be generally useful, but here's my tool in Go to scan the headers of Saturn disc images and order them in folders + generate the right menu entries for that specific family of ODEs: https://github.com/bleggett/godesort
