Sure there's a "super black" edition Dreamcast. It's one of the D-Direct Color Edition Dreamcast series and limited to 200 pc. I got it also in my collection, it's the middle one in the top row.

VGA cable gives you a vga output only - nothing more. As you can get the VGA Boxes as cheap as a simple VGA cable i suggest you'll bettter go for a box.

You can easily connect yout ntsc DC with a Scart RGB Lead to your PAL TV. RGB is absolutely multinorm - it will just work great and give a crisp colorful picture on your TV. Remember that some US and Jap. Games are not RGB compatible, e.g. Code Veronica or Skies of Arcadia. Maybe you tested...
