What exactly is TR 1 a 'rehash' of? It was one of the 1st 3D action adventure games. There was nothing like it really. The worst you can say is it's a 3D version of PoP. And Snatcher/PN are generic sci-fi, with pretty easy (IMO) puzzles. The only reason 90% of people liked it in the 1st place...

Umm, yes, the controls are perfectly good. It doesn't matter how many people disagree with me, you've got nothing but an opinion. The opinion of many does not equal a fact, it's still opinion.

TR3 (the worst TR) is better than any Kojima game. IMO

This game, like Snatcher and every other Kojima game, is highly overrated. It's ok, but nothing that hasn't been done before, and better.

I don't care what anyone says. Tomb Raider rocks! If you had problems with the controls, you fucking suck, don't blame the game! I've gotten through 5 TR games and not had one 'cheap' death that could be blamed on the controls. And the concept is perfect. Indiana Jones minus the old sweaty guy...
