The reason why there isn't a MD/Gen rom for PS1 is because The MD version of PS1 is just the SMS version of PS1 with a few chips added to emulate the SMS hardware on a MD. (Sorry if this info is false)

sega has emulated the sega saturn but won't share Most of the backups I tryed on Giri Giri (if thats the name) work fine with my Saturn M2, I only tried a few. I don't really want to jump to any conclutions yet, I'll try to extract a backup to an image & convert it like the readme file says.
