    Only 75 cents???

Actually I'm using XP and I think it's great. Well, as far as M$ goes that is. The compatibility with 9x apps and games is way better than 2000 was. Every Windows program I've tried so far works. The only real downfall is the lack of real DOS, but there really isn't anything that can be done...

where do you recommend getting a mod-chip

20 pin chips are really hard to find. It's my guess that they just never updated their item description from the old days when 20 pin chips weren't so rare or they simply don't know what they're talking about. As for where to get a mod chip, I don't really know much about the others, but...

It sucks, but as far as I know 20 pin mods are just about impossible to get. Also if you do manage to find one it won't be cheap. Your best bet is to just buy a pre-modded 21pin Saturn since they're much easier to find and the cost won't be much higher than a 20pin chip.

how do u convert asf to VCD?

The tool to do it is Virtual Dub 1.3c, Microsoft made Virtual Dub take out asf support starting with 1.3d, but it shouldn't be hard to find. It'll let you rip the audio from asf, convert asf to avi, and a whole crap load of other stuff. TMPGEnc doesn't seem to like ASFs very much at all, just...
