Where can I find an adapter that'll let me play PAL Mega Drive games on my Genesis? And will said adapter allow you to play any game on any Genesis, like the N64 pass-through adapter? eBay had jack squat...

I used CDRWIN to rip from the originals, following the tutorial on this site to the letter. However, when I try to burn from the cuesheet in Nero, it's saying the completed disc will be around 4 GB, so naturally, it won't burn it. Is there any way around...
Read the title. Can I just load the cuesheet as an image, like I normally do with ISO/WAV sets, or do I need to do conversions or something before Nero burns it?
