The info file included with them says it's a "bin/cue" pack, but I don't know how to unpack the files. They don't look like RAR archives...they all end with .00x (where x is a number, obviously).
An even easier way is to actually try and open the file. WinRAR 3 can at least list the contents of ACE files and the latest WinACE should be able to extract RAR archives, but either way you should at least be able to get the necessary info about the archive that way.
