EDIT: Added forgotten readme.txt + Added a patch for "No Repetitive voices" with original Japanese dub to zip file.
The only issue with this patch is Astal's voice when you idle too long ("I'm Bored", etc.) is in English. That's because Riggles' edited .SND packs are based on the US game and I don't know anything about editing them.
