CART - Flag to Flag: Debug patch 2026-04-07.01

This is a patch for Flag to Flag (a.k.a. CART) for Dreamcast. It enables the game'shidden debug menu, allowing access to a 3D model viewer, a free camera mode, and atrack editor.

Apply it with Universal Dreamcast Patcher.
