This resource has patches for the NTSC-U versions of the Saturn games Blazing Heroes and Mystaria - The Realms of Lore.
The patches enable debug and cheat menus that allow you, to among other things:
With this patch active, the game's menus turn green instead of blue. The "CHEAT" menu is available on when it's your turn, and the options menu gains a new "DEBUG MENU" item.
Apply the patch to the version of the game you have with Delta Patcher:
