This is nothing but a Genesis/MD toolset in (*.zip) format, so just fire up your favorite zip/unzip utility(preferably WinRAR), and unzip the archive contents. One of the added URLs is a video for the description on how to set it up, and the other is for the actual GitHub to, incase you want to download it from there. Have fun !!
