This is a patch for Metal Black, the horizontal shooter from Ving and Taito. It enables DEBUG MODE and ROUND SELECT in the Options menu.
When debug mode is on:
The game also has C kill you instantly, but this patch turns that off.
Apply the patch with Delta Patcher:

When debug mode is on:
- X freezes and gameplay without bringing up the pause menu
- Y advances frames slowly when you hold it
- Z advances frames one by one when you press it
- L shows some text information on the screen
- R fast forwards the gameplay
