These are patches for demo builds of Metropolis Street Racer for Dreamcast.

msr-dreamon7-extended.dcp is for the Dream On Volume 7 demo disc.This normally contains a "rolling demo" of MSR, but the patch makes it playable.The build is from 2000-02-02, making it the earliest available prototype build of the game.It has camera debug features enabled: enable them from the pause menu.
Apply the patch with Universal Dreamcast Patcher.
msr-e3-extended.dcp is for the E3 demo of MSR.This build normally limits you to a particular challenge, but the patch makes the main menu available and allows you to explore more of the build.The camera debug features are present in the pause menu here as well.

msr-opel-extended.dcp is for the Metropolis Street Racer Opel Challenge demo disc.This build normally limits you to a particular challenge, but the patch makes the main menu available and allows you to explore more of the build.You can race by navigating to Options > View Demos/Replay and choosing a course; the other means of launching races are broken.
