Panzer Dragoon Taikenban Hibaihin is a demo version of Panzer Dragoon, known as Panzer Dragoon (Japan) (Demo 2).
It normally lets you play through most of Episode 2. However, the disc contains data for Episodes 1 and 3 as well. This patch makes Episode 3 playable.
This disc is based on a prototype build of Panzer Dragoon from 1995-01-30. The final game's files are dated 1995-03-09. The most notable difference is that the boss seems to be unfinished.
