This is a patch for Segagaga that enables two debug menus.
The game will boot directly into the first menu. It allows you to jump straight into various RPG scenarios, play mini games, and more. Use A+B+X+Y+Start to return to the menu.
The second debug menu is enabled by holding X and pressing R. This effect is normally activated using a cheat code, but the patch turns it on by default.
