This is a patch for the Flash Sega Saturn Vol. 17 demo disc, which features a preview of Sonic Jam. That preview normally allows you to run around in Sonic World for 60 seconds, but the patch lifts this restriction.
This is a prototype version of Sonic World with a number of differences from the final version. The normal demo lets you see various object placement differences; this patched version lets you play the missions and see even more (like the blue check points and red balloons).

A few notes:
- The mission panel is over by the bridge rather than by the entrance
- A non-functional Giant Ring is just above the mission panel
- You can't go in museums (due to a lack of files) - the game will crash if you do, so beware.
