The PlayStation and Nintendo 64 versions of Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue! had full analog movement and aiming controls. For reasons unknown, this feature was removed from the Dreamcast port, with the analog stick instead expertly simulating a broken D-pad.
These patches restore the original controls, using the PSX version as reference. The four patches here (for the USA, Europe, France and Germany releases) are in Derek Pascarella (ateam)'s DCP format, for use with the Universal Dreamcast Patcher.
Big thanks to ateam for testing multiple revisions of the patch on real hardware and to MetalliC for diagnosing and explaining the bug in an earlier version's assembly code which wasn't caught by emulation testing.
