I was stumbling around the web, when I came upon this great app known as Cinepaint, a program used to touch up/alter scanned celluloid film. The site is

It's pretty neat. On the site they give a site where you can download high-rez scans of a 35mm print of Melies "A Trip to the Moon." While this doesn't sound exciting for most, anyone who is interested in film should find this to be pretty kewl. But, Cinepaint is broken for Windows, so does anyone know of an alternative program that opens these .CIN files? Thanks!
