umm... not my copy it didn't. It was the same big honkin' Saturn jewel box as all the other US games I've bought. (Of course, the jewel boxes are gone, my discs live in a big wallet and the manuals are in storage) 🙂

I picked up a Saturn Mortal Kombat 2 that had that type of odd inside plastic awhile back.
