Some of you may remember Beats of Rage by the Senile Team. Well they're at it again!

Rush Rush Rally Racing, or R4, for short, is a true old-school racing game. No sponsored cars, no realistic environments - just plain old fun! So start burning rubber, let the competition eat your dust, and take to the open road!

This game will be published by the Goat Store.

That would be a nice game to port to SEGA Saturn. But after Beats of Rage, they haven't yet released the source code for Age of the Beast and R4.
