I have a question on this auction: Auction. The memory card that come with is a japanese one. Anyone know if it is an official Sega brand? Also, are memory cards universal? Could I use this on my NA/NTSC system and save both american and japanese games?

Cards are universal.

This one looks like official one, but I can be wrong.

Is King of Fighters 96 any good? I've never played that one before.

That is an official 1MB RAM Cartridge. Japanese version obviously, and it will work on any region Saturn.

As far as KOF '96 goes, it's one of my least favorites, although I haven't played it extensively. (I have 96, 98, 99, 2000, 2001) Still worth getting though.
