I need some web design help...

I'm working on a new website. I want it so that people can register (with a user name and password) and enter information in, such as there address, phone number, stuff like that. I guess a database. With forms and everything. Where do I begin learning something like that? Any books you guys recommend? Thanks guys.

If you know something about HTML, you can use Macromedia UltraDev.

You can easy build a page with database in ASP.

Remember that not all ISPs works with ASP.

Anyways I only use that because its "notepad" with color coding. Otherwise I do my page by hand.
