Looking to identify an old game

I remember very few details about this game, I was really young. I do remember that I played it on the master system if that helps any. The game was definitely as shooter. You could call it a vertical shooter but the camera was not top down, it was behind the player. The player was riding some sort of jet ski like apparatus. I believe the default weapon was a cannon that shot oval shaped lasers. I think the first stage may have been set on water, with other stages set on top of what looks like a tiled floor pattern. It's really hard to pinpoint the details of a game you played 12 years ago. But if you guys could help at all I'd really appreciate it.

I had in mind Burning Force but it's a genesis game.

Sounds kind of like Space Harrier, though I don't really remember the SMS version of it that well.

I thought about Space Harrier too but there is no jetski and it's famous 🙂
